Or to put it more appropriately, you are not convinced beyond a reasonable doubt of his guilt?


True. I wasn't on his jury, though, so my opinion isn't legally relevant.

If he were indeed innocent, then the Texas state justice system needs to do some long hard thinking about how he was indicted, convicted and executed.
